The York-Shipley Global Series HR Heat Recovery Boilers provides industrial end-users and waste heat recovery system manufacturers the opportunity to extract usable heat from virtually any process where elevated gas temperatures from turbine, incinerators, or solid waste fuel processes are generally wasted to atmosphere. The Series HR Boiler are available in standard two- and three- pass configurations utilizing centerline furnace construction and custom low-offset furnace design and single pass firetube configurations.
Standard features include tangential side gas inlet or outlet, particulate drops, operating and pre-piped and wired limit and level control devices and soot-blower systems. Compliance to such standards including UL, CSD, FM Global, GAP and construction for use in NEMA classified indoor or outdoor non-hazardous locations are accommodated.

High pressure steam boilers are constructed in accordance with ASME Section I ‘Rules for Construction of Power Boilers’ at standard design pressures of 50 to 300 PSIG (344 to 2068 kPa). For design pressure beyond standard offering, please consult factory.
Low pressure steam and hot water boilers are constructed in accordance with ASME Section IV ‘Rules for Construction of Heating Boilers’ limited to design steam pressure of 15 PSIG (103 kPa) and reverse flow hot water service of 30 to 160 PSIG (206 to 1103 kPa) – maximum 250°F (121°C).
